This brochure is being provided to Concord residents to inform them of the plans for April 18 and 19, 1975, and how they will be affected by these plans.
A. Overall Objective:
To celebrate the Bicentennial of "The shot heard 'round the world' and to take the necessary precautions to protect the health and safety of our citizens, parade participants, honored guests and visitors.
