Dear Miss Scribe,
I am most pleased that you requested a letter from me for your time capsule. I have enclosed a copy of the Budget Message to the General Court with the belief that it best describes the climate of life in Massachusetts in 1975. I wish you luck with your project and I am honored to be a part of it.
