Transcription:
Airship Ordered to Start Early
Los Angeles to Leave Hangar at 5 A M
Expected to Complete Visit Here About Noon
Thunder Showers Keep It Indoors Over Night
Lakehurst, NJ, April 19—The Navy dirigible Los Angeles will be walked from its hangar at 5 o'clock tomorrow morning in preparation for its flight to Boston to attend the Patriots' Day celebrations, it was announced tonight. Thundershowers tonight caused officers to withdraw plans to have the airship spend the night at its mooring mast. The Los Angeles, after its flight over Concord and Lexington along the route taken by Paul Revere, is scheduled to turn south about noon for its postponed second trip to Bermuda, where the Patoka with a mooring mast is awaiting it in Hamilton Harbor. After a brief stay there, the Los Angeles will start on the return trip to Lakehurst. It is expected to reach its home hangar early Tuesday morning.
