Image description: A black-and-white, two-page magazine spread. On the left-hand page are advertisements for attractions and motels on Cape Cod. The right-hand page is divided into two advertisements, transcribed below:

Top:
We really started something. It all started here. In Lexington and Concord. So what better place to begin the Bicentennial than Massachusetts? There's more historic meaning in every mile here. More revolutionary things to see and do. So start your vacation where the country started. Now more than ever, make it Massachusetts. For a free vacation kit, write Massachusetts, Dept. of Commerce & Development, Dept. 738 Box 1775, Boston, Mass. 02105.

Bottom:
Come see the town you've heard about all your life. Many small towns grace the pages of American history, but this is where it all began...where valiant Minutemen fired the shot heard 'round the world. The Rude Bridge. Paul Revere, Longellow, Hawthorne, Emerson, Thoreau. We're surrounded by history. So if you want to relive the sights and sounds of the American Revolution during our nation's Bicentennial, it's right on our doorstep. Plan to visit Concord soon, and make the Colonial Inn your GHQ. We're a Great American Inn and we'd like everyone in America to stay here.
