Alfred Barro was born in Lowell, Massachusetts in 1859 to two Canadian immigrant parents. He worked as a laborer until he was incarcerated in the Massachusetts State Prison on June 19, 1880.
Mr. Barro died there of hydrothorax with a cardiac lesion on June 2, 1882, at 23.
